A poem for you.

Each new day when I open my small brown eyes
I remember all the times we said our goodbyes
Girl I miss you and this is no lie
Without you around perhaps all I can do is cry

The day we met my heart was set ablaze
You sent this silly boy into a daze
Thinking back I'm still so amazed
Everything about you will never be erased

We've gone through many ups and downs
I have to admit I'm always a clown
Constantly making annoying sounds
Yet through all this you are always around

I wish right now I can be by your side
Taking care of you through the night
Making sure everything is alright
When we wake up the day will be bright
